WHY PATOIS VIE?

Patois, also known asJamaican Creole, began to develop as far back as the 1600's and is spoken across the Caribbean and beyond. It’s a form of broken English, shortened or slang words like: "Weh yuh ah seh?" (What you saying?) "Inna di morrows" (Goodbye) "Bless up" (Have a blessed day).
